• Our priority once your order has been placed is to ensure that you receive your goods in good order and in plenty of time for your party.
• Subject to availability, all orders are despatched within 1 working day of order confirmation.
• In the unlikely event of an item not being available, we will contact you to suggest alternative goods where appropriate, or to advise you of the new estimated time of delivery.
